Film and short doco that follows the journey of Aloali’i working alongside Manurewa High School students delivering workshops in film making, dance, acting, lighting and visual art.
The collaborators of Ta’alili would come together to work with young actors and dancers from the workshops to create the dance film CONCRETE BLOOM which would premiere at the Pacific Dance Digital Festival in 2022. Concrete Bloom couldn’t have been possible without the friendship and trust of Mele Ta’e’iloa, Manurewa High School and the REWA ALL STARS.
